Self-sufficient and isolationist, Ionia has remained largely neutral in the wars that have ravaged Valoran over the centuries - until it was invaded by Noxus. Noxus is an expansionist military empire ruled by Swain, it values strength above all. They are known for taking slaves of the places they conquer and assimilating the population into their armies. Noxus especially likes to take beautiful women and make them pleasure slaves. Ionia and Noxus are regions within the world of Runeterra. A fantasy world with magic, demons, angels, steampunk technology called hextech, and other fantastical creatures. The tech level of Runeterra is steampunk level.
